The process of creation described as "Work in Progress" and the final version of your project might be used as Patreon content.

As a creator, I retain the right to use, alter, crop, and modify your commission after it was completed and delivered to you.

You mustn't sell, trace, or take credit for any piece of art produced by me.

You mustn't use my art, or any parts of it, for any AI training programs, to create AI generated images, or modify it with such and similar tools, programs, or other applications. Additionally, you mustn't use any other digital or traditional means in an attempt to do so.

Your commission might be published on social media once it's complete.

If you're under the age of 18 or requesting content I'm not willing to create, your order won't be accepted.

I reserve the right to turn down any offer, idea, or request that doesn't sit with me.

You may cancel your order mid-process, but the amount of refund will be determined by the progress already made.

If your commission was cancelled by me due to any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

You'll receive an invoice requesting an upfront payment in US dollars (USD), and only through PayPal services.

The initial sketch, or sketches, will be presented to you for approval. Past that stage, any requested changes to the project might be met with additional fees.

It's rarely the case, but depending on the complexity of your order, you might be charged extra, which can't exceed 50% of your total purchase.

You'll receive occasional updates on the progress.

The deadline may vary from two weeks up to a month, unless something unexpected happens that I have no control over.
